Self-service: $1 USD once (trial testing price) for the downloadable edition, manual and one 30-minute onboarding session. Guided Diagnostic: $1 USD per review (trial testing price), including one agreed dataset and one 90-minute workshop. Monthly Review: $1 USD each month (recurring trial testing price), including one updated dataset and one 60-minute review per paid month.
Human sessions are arranged by contacting the seller after purchase. Services cover one business and one agreed dataset per review. Additional work requires a separate agreement. Book sessions within 30 days of purchase or the relevant renewal.
Monthly payments renew automatically until cancelled through Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; service access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds: Non-refundable except where required by law. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Digital delivery: you must expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right for digital content is lost once supply starts where the law permits. This does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed content, or statutory cancellation rights for any separate services. Save or print these terms and your payment confirmation for your records.
Single-business internal-use licence. Do not resell or redistribute the app. Offline downloads remain on your device; cancellation cannot remotely revoke them.
